Directions to the VFIC Office

  • From I-64W

    Take the 5th Street Exit, travel 9 blocks to E. Byrd Street. Turn left onto E. Byrd St. and travel 5 blocks. Turn right onto 10th Street. See below for remaining directions.**
  • From I-64E

    Take I-195S (Downtown Expressway). Pass through the tollgate. Take the 7th and 9th Street Exit onto E. Byrd Street. Travel 3 blocks to 10th Street and turn right. See below for remaining directions.**
  • From I-95N

    Immediately after crossing the James River, take Exit 74A, I-195N (Downtown Expressway). Take the first exit onto Canal Street (toll). At the traffic light, turn left onto 10th Street. See below for remaining directions.**
  • From I-95S

    Take Exit 74A, I-195S (Downtown Expressway). Take the first exit onto Canal Street (toll). At the traffic light, turn left onto 10th Street. See below for remaining directions.**

  • ** Follow 10th Street behind the Riverfront Plaza buildings and enter the parking garage in rear of building at the Visitor’s entrance. You will get a ticket from the attendant that you will need to bring with you to our office to get validated. Once you are in the parking deck, go straight through the compact car section and then take a left. The first left you come to will have visitor parking. You can park in any space on Level 3-5 that is not marked with a reserved sign. Take any West Tower elevator to the Plaza floor. From the Plaza floor, take an elevator to the 16th floor and proceed to Suite 1625.
